The new LeisureScan has arrived
Secure self check-in, room account, hotel rates recognised, ordering from the sunbed, service without Wi-Fi and a built-in card terminal: LeisureScan is becoming a reference solution for private beaches and hotels with pools.
It's a celebration at LeisureScan: the new release is live. It was designed with on-site teams, for private beaches and hotels with pools alike.
What changes everything
- Secure self check-in: the kiosk and the welcome QR code are reserved for hotel guests. Name, room and stay dates are checked before guests settle in.
- Room account: poolside and beachside orders are charged to the room and everything is settled at check-out.
- Hotel rates recognised automatically: hotel guests get their special rate, with no discount to key in by hand.
- Order from the sunbed: guests order from their spot, and the bar and kitchen receive the tickets at the same time.
- Service keeps running, even without Wi-Fi: orders taken offline are kept and sent as soon as the network is back, with no loss and no duplicates.
- Built-in card terminal and NF525 till: the amount appears directly on the payment terminal, the card receipt is printed separately, and the day is closed with the Z report.
